ISS

University Information System (ISS) consists of a database and a set of web applications to support business processes in higher education.

USERS

Rectorate, Universities, student administration, teaching staff, students. Unique user login to the system and associated data visibility.

STUDENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE

Administration of studies, curricula, academic staff, students, entrance examinations, student enrollment/dropping out of the college, exam terms and administrative support to students and academic staff. Organization of resources for conducting and planning of teaching process.

TEACHING STAFF

Conducting a curricula for associated courses, register of scientific papers, conducting of teaching, colloquiums and exams, generating the application forms and summary records, enclosing teaching materials and statistics.

STUDENTS

Review of curricula, download course materials, student enrollment/dropping out the exams and colloquiums. Communication with student administration office, review and compliance with the related obligations. Fulfillment of regular surveys on the quality of teaching.

REGISTER OF STUDY PROGRAMS

Unique interface for reviewing all study programs of the University.

REGISTER OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS

Register of scientific papers of University’s teaching staff and students.

KPI

System for administration and monitoring of KPI indicators at the level of the entire University and individual University member.

EXAM TERMS

Unique interface to view past and future exam terms per all University members.

SURVEYS

Software module for generating, conducting and analyzing surveys. Surveys can be organized and carried out internally at the university for the information system users, but also externally to support the implementation of scientific and other research.

STATISTICS

Set of statistical reports and indicators for the analysis of curriculum, students, achievement in studies, quality of studying and human resources.

StudApp

Mobile application for students which provides an overview of curriculum, exam terms, student enrollment/dropping out of the exams, communication with the student administration office and the filling out the student surveys.
