Hector is a business information system of integrated applications used by the organization for the collection, storage, maintenance and interpretation of data from the domain of its business activities.
The module ensures a General Ledger and supplementary records: Accounts payable and Accounts receivable, VAT returns, cash operations, bank accounts and bank statements, Travel orders, Billing. The system provides support for the business according to the rules used for budget beneficiaries.
Hector supports the business of manufacturing and distributing companies in business processes that track the process of procurement, sales, production and internal transport of raw materials, intermediate products, finished products and services. A complete product traceability is supported.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND PAYROLLS
The module ensures the maintenance of all data on employees together with a payroll system and generate all necessary forms of reporting in electronic form required by the legislator.
The Fixed assets register contains all data on organization’s fixed assets, supports tracking all changes to the individual assets (purchases, sales, changes in its value, transfer, change of functions …) and processes of inventory and depreciation calculations.
POS (POINT OF SALE)
The solution provides operating of retail stores with compatibility with all fiscal devices that can be found on the market.
