Companies are very similar to people. There is a time of learning and growing up and after that period, the company can become mature in order to: find appropriate ways for the realization of the set goals, gain the trust of its users, integrate the employees in such way where the goals of the company will become their goals too and where they would feel like a part of a harmonious family. HERA is precisely at this stage. This year, on 1st March 2017 this company reached the age of 16 years. If the story was about a human life, this person would have the right for an identity card. HERA’s identity card are its satisfied customers, successfully completed projects, as well as significantly youthful development teams. This identity card has been filled for 16 years and today it is already full of successfully completed projects, satisfied customers, new partnerships, friendships and dedicated employees. HERA’s young employees brought a youthful enthusiasm and upswing, which combined with the experience of longtime employees unavoidably leads to success.
Now we just have to officially celebrate the arrival on the threshold of the age of majority. We haven’t forgotten it of course; we are just waiting for the weather to become a bit warmer because with sunny weather it is possible to make a great party in the countryside.
